The Q43L-6300 Hydraulic Gantry Shear is a super heavy-duty scrap metal cutting machine designed for large-scale recycling plants, steel mills, and centralized scrap processing facilities that demand extreme shearing force, high throughput, and continuous industrial operation.

With an outstanding 630-ton shearing force, this gantry shear is engineered to cut large volumes of heavy and bulky scrap metal, including steel plates, structural steel, beams, profiles, pipes, and oversized mixed scrap. It is especially suitable for materials that are too large or too thick for alligator shears or container shears.

The machine features an 1800 mm long cutting blade and an oversized 7000 × 1800 × 900 mm press box, allowing efficient loading and processing of long and heavy scrap materials. Operating at a cutting frequency of 3–4 cycles per minute, the Q43L-6300 delivers high productivity with stable cutting performance, making it ideal for high-volume industrial scrap processing lines.

Powered by a 225 kW drive system (45 kW × 5 motors), the gantry shear provides reliable and consistent performance under continuous heavy-load operation.
