Product Introduction

The Q43W-5000 Horizontal Container Scrap Shear is a high-capacity box-type hydraulic cutting system designed for continuous processing of loose, bulky, and mixed scrap metal in medium-to-large recycling yards and industrial scrap preparation lines.

With a 500-ton (5000 kN) shearing force, 1400 mm blade length, and a large 1400 × 600 mm cutting capacity, this model enables operators to load, compress, and cut scrap inside an enclosed chamber, achieving higher throughput and better cutting stability than entry-level container shears.

Compared with the Q43W-4000, the Q43W-5000 focuses on higher volume efficiency, stronger compression, and improved cutting continuity, making it suitable for facilities with stable daily scrap input and higher productivity requirements.
